1. Boobie Ike & Dre’Quan Priest (The Vice City Nightlife & Music Empire)
Boobie Ike is a local Vice City legend—and he acts like it. One of the few street hustlers to successfully transform his time on the pavement into a legitimate empire spanning real estate, the flagship Jack of Hearts strip club (pinned on our Vice City Map), and a recording studio, Boobie is all smiles until it’s time to talk business.
Boobie’s biggest current gamble is his partnership with young music mogul Dre’Quan Priest on Only Raw Records. Even when Dre’Quan was dealing on the streets just to make ends meet, his goal was always breaking into the music industry. Now that he has signed viral rap duo Real Dimez, Dre’Quan is gunning for a hit record to put Only Raw on the map.
2. Real Dimez: Bae-Luxe & Roxy (Vice City’s Viral Rap Duo)
Friends since high school, Bae-Luxe and Roxy—known across Leonida as Real Dimez—had the savvy to turn their early days shaking down local dealers into cold, hard cash via spicy rap tracks and a relentless social media presence. Five years after an early hit single with local rapper DWNPLY, they are signed to Only Raw Records and chasing their next viral explosion.
3. Brian Heder & Cal Hampton (The Leonida Keys Smuggling Network)
Down in the Leonida Keys, Brian Heder is a classic drug runner from the golden age of Keys smuggling. Still moving product through his boatyard alongside his third wife, Lori, Brian has been around long enough to let younger muscle—including Jason Duval—do his dirty work in exchange for rent-free living at one of his stilt houses.
Jason’s buddy Cal Hampton also works under Brian’s umbrella, though Cal feels safest sitting at home with a few beers, a dozen private browser tabs open, and a radio scanner listening in on Coast Guard frequencies—making him a goldmine for aquatic smuggling intel.
4. Raul Bautista (The High-Stakes Bank Heist Mentor)
With charm, confidence, and decades of experience, Raul Bautista is a seasoned bank robber who is always on the lookout for crew members ready to take the risks that bring the biggest rewards. However, Raul’s recklessness elevates the stakes on every single score—eventually forcing his crew to either double down or pull the plug before SWAT boxes them in.
